I doubt that it will overheat them, the balloon is actually thinner than the plastic walls of the relay

ya, but it would stop any airflow over them and the ambient inside the balloon would be lots higher then? I think Im getting just a little too technical! I shud just mount them somewhere the drip trays cudnt over flow on them!
