The tune looks alright. I'd say it's probably in the A/C pressure circuit. I'd take a look at the data and see what it says with KOEO.

What's funny is, i get no fan activity with KOEO, but once the ignition is on then they're on immediately

OK update:

KOEO, I AM getting a solid ground from 42. 12 volts KOEO 13.9 when ignition on. I removed both connections off the compressor housing and still got this result! Im going to check the wiring at 42 again just to make sure something isnt wrong there. Ill keep you posted

Alright I checked the wire and everything appears to look in place. 42/blue and nothing touching or gashed into the wire either. I bumped the tune as well to see if it would make a difference by setting the high pressure turn on all the way max, and turning the disable as high as it can go as well...still the same result. Im going to try some different PCM's I have 3 in my garage so one of them is bound to be different if it is a PCM issue. Ill check the KOEO with all three and see if the issue changes...

Damn, no difference...I swapped out 3 PCM's and all had the exact same result. 42 Grounded...WTF am i missing. This **** is annoying, it almost seems like faulty wiring at this point. Maybe corrosion or something, but i dont get whats causing this. I wonder if by having a faulty high pressure switch is the same thing as not having it connected at all!?

Is it possible that the PCM treats a faulty or bad Pressure switch the same as it not being connected at all? I guess what i mean is, lets say the switch is faulty, the PCM will by default kick the fan on and stop readin the switch all together. So if you disconnect the switch, it would be the same as the PCM simply not reading it at all and just turn the fans on!?!?? Does what im asking make sense?
