I'm gonna have a custom dyno tune soon. While I'm there, I would like to put in some higher gears in my truck while having it tuned.
Should I go with just the gears or go ahead and get the eaton as well? I'm probably gonna go with the eaton and some gears. Wondering if anyone has done just a gear swap with the stock limited-slip?

The stock posi will work for a little while. The question is,for how long?If you have the money I'd say go ahead and put in the Eaton and save yourself the hassle and extra money for the next install.
I've been running the stock G80 and haven't had any problem's yet, don't really have many miles on them though.

Yea I know, especially with my upcoming mod's.But like I said,I don't have alot of miles on the truck and I really don't beat on it (especially on the new 20's) besides when I'm at the track and the occasional Saturday night street race. That hasn't happened for a while either since I sold Bigkid my ET Streets
