Ease of V8 swap??

Ease of V8 swap??
Can anyone give me an idea of how difficult a 6.0 LQ9 motor swap would be on a 01 silverado SC SB. It came with a 4.3L V6. Got a donor motor, tranny, computer, and wiring harness out of 02 escalade??
