If you have a 34 inch radiator do the 05 efans fit rite on a 99 or do you have to change some stuff?

They'll swap right in, you'll just need 2 extra bolts for the fans and reuse 2 bolts for the rad

I am not sure about the 05 fans but i put some 07 fans on my truck and everything bolted in fine but i had to trim the shroud to clear the tranny lines.

They will drop right in. Just get or make a harness and get it programmed.

Yep, I'm running them in my 2001. I already had the 34" so they fit right in.
