Default E-fan info

My friend is wanting to install a set of fans in his new 2004 silverado. But the fans are just 2 seperate 15 or 16" fans an he has no wireing harnes so for right now(till he gets the harness) he was just going to wire them to run full speed all the time. Do you think this will be ok to do? An someone also told me that sometimes the electric fans throw the AC unit off an it makes them run non stop, any one know if that really happens?

Just wait and install them properly, poor installs create more problems than good. Running full speed all the time won't allow the vehicle to heat up too well and it will pull a lot of amperage from the alt makin you drag some as it's using more load to run.
