Default E-fan Harness

I did the search ddnt find what i wanted.. I was wondering if there is a way to turn on the e-fans in my stock pcm with out using a a tuner. i dont have a tuning program and plan on making my own harness for a set of ls1 fans. I would think a chevy dealer could do sence I can do it at my dealer..(chrysler) anyone have any idea's?

I've never heard of the dealer being able to enable the port for the fan control?

Im not sure, but you might be able to do it with a Tech 2, you can also run it to a temp switch.

BTW got your PM about the harness.
