Default E-fan, disable clutch fan? (tuning)

Noob question. When you have e-fans, does "tuning" turn off the clutch fan forever? Or does the the clutch fan serve another purpose?

The cluth fan is removed when you install the e-fans. I don't think it is possible nor beneficial to run both at the same time.
