Default Dynomax Bullit Muffler Location

I have installed a Magna Flow Muffler and have the mid RPM drone. I have read about installing a Dynomax Bullit Racing muffler to eliminate this. Where exactly is the best location?

I could install it in the space right after the cat where the exhaust runs across the truck or install it in the system where the exhaust runs the length of the truck.

Thanks,

On my 00 Ext cab truck, there was only one spot that had a long enough straight run of pipe to install it. It was about half way between the 'Y' connection after the cats and before the muffler.
