Dyno Question

I 've got tune just about finished and I want to dyno my truck.
I'd like to compare the stock tune to my hpt tune and see the difference.
does the pcm need any learn time after changing calibration or can i just dyno with the stock tune then load my new one and see the difference.
also, my truck has a single all steel d/shaft, no steady bearing, any issues with this shaft for dynos.
I know some setups are prone to self destruct on dyno's.
Any guesses for power, 367 at flywheel stock, plus, intake, catback and tune.
i say about 340 rwhp.....

That's the I see it as well.
dude in dyno section above says he make 350 something on a 5.3 with a cam
and futral tune as biggest power adders
this truck runs real good, i had a radix on my 04 and except for low rpm lauuches, it feels just as strong once you hit about 3000 rpm and of course
the tune has removed all the oe pe delays and improved shifting and kick down responce.
can't wait to see what it makes for power and we can always work on the tune
