Default Dyno

I'm going to take my truck in for a dyno. I have never had a vehicle dyno'd before. Don't know what to expect. should I keep it in (D) or (3)?
I had my Radix installed a couple of weeks ago, can't wait to see my numbers

3rd if you have a way to lock it in to one gear so it don't down shift. but i believe most people do it third its the closes 1:1 ratio.

OK first,

I want to thank the guys at Granatelli motor sports for the help with my dyno (#'s will come later) I would Like to thank Mr. Granatelli himself for all his help and for charging me for 3 runs and doing 10 runs and 5 hours with me and my truck

Next I want to thank the guys at "OUTLAW" for spending over 5 hours on my truck custom fabbing my outlaw CAI to fit my RADIX, they went above and beyond for me. They took a 3D laser picture of my engine to fab. up an outlaw that will fit a Radix truck, Should have them ready in a couple of weeks, PLEASE pass the word. These guys are outstanding. On the way back from LA 900 mile round trip, I got 1.5 MPG better with the outlaw and the butt meter said I gained a lot.

OK, Dyno numbers, this is with the radix, TOG headers, Magnaflow true duel exhaust with X pipe, Westers tune, Throttle body by- pass, E-fans, 170* t-stat but tuned for a 180* stock airbox with K&N filter. (dyno was done before the outlaw work)

Mods going in within a couple of weeks, Granatelli MAF sensor, their new spark plug wires, This was brought up on another post and he showed me the dyno #'s, 15 HP and about the same ft-lbs torque increase. Granatelli springs and rocker arms and a retune.

HP 343.2
Torque 369.3
1/4 mile 13.989 @ 98.198 mph
60 ft 2.066 @ 32.161 mph--------I don't know if that is good or not?
330 ft. 5.826 @ 62.247 mph
660 ft. 8.945 @ 79.904 mph
1000 ft. 11.663 @ 90.087 mph

I'm sorry for the long post . But I had to thank some people that went out of there way to help me today
Mark
