Default Driver's side cat is F'ed up. Replace or get rid of?

Well my driver's side cat sounds like a tin can full of rocks. I have two 3" Magnaflow high flows on it now. What do yall think. Replace it with another Magnaflow high flow cat and hope it lasts more than a year, or get rid of both of em?
