Default doug throley headers?

Has anyone had any experience with these. also are the Lt or shorties. Coated uncoated and how hard are they to install. I like the price and just trying to figure which header will be the best product for the price. any help would be appreciated.

I put the Thoerley's on two weeks ago and changed the spark plugs at the same time. One of the hardest parts was getting the #8 spark plug boot off. Total time was 4 hours plus a trip to Midas. Their website and manual pretty much explains the job. I purchased the chromed headers, after much consideration. While most people were pushing the ceramic coated, I believe the chrome serves enough insulation for the O2 sensors. So far no problems. If you install at home, get the truck up as high as possible and use 2 step ladders-one for each side. Makes the job easier.

you can't beat the price of the thorleys compared to some of the other brands of mid/long tube headers.

that's what I am saying, I will have to look at the install a little closer on their website. I am thinking of buying some in the next couple of months.
