Default do your cold air induction mods collect water?

do they collect water or force water into your intakes when it rains or do yall block it off, or does it not affect anything at all. to me it seems like water would fly up into the intake and then into the engin, which i do believe is not a good think. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

If I entered a deep puddle of water which submerged my lower intake and I drove fast like an idiot then maybe water might enter the box. The stock box has water drain holes in the bottom of it already just in case water should find it's way into it. If my lower intake were under water the factory holes would draw air until the lower one became unblocked.
