Do O2 Simulators Make a Truck Run Richer If you remove your cats ?
#1
Hi gang!!!
I have a 2002 Silverado with a 5.3 and I have removed the cats and use O2 Simms for the O2 Sensors behind the cats.
Does using O2 Simms make your truck run Richer than it would if you still have your cats on and using regular O2 Sensors???

nope the rear o2s have no effect on fuel supply to the engine. I'm guessing taking off your cats would make you run richer just like adding headers do
