call him, let him know whats going on.... He will tell you to send a paper with your shipping, contact info and the nature of the problem and he send another out to you....

 

i just called Dave, and he said all i need to do is ship it to him, to make sure i write down in a piece of paper what exactly it is doing and my info. as where to ship it back to, he also said he covers the shipping for the return back.!!!!
