What’s wrong with the cutout, is it completely broken? Mine stopped working, and would not open up. I took it off, and sprayed it with PB blaster a few times throughout the day. Then sprayed some WD40 on it, and it started working like new. It just had too much exhaust soot packed in there.

It's 4 years, just call him up and he will let you know what to do, but call earlier in the morning to have a better chance of getting a hold of him.
