ok, it doesnt suck. just having fun

we made at least 12pulls, i dont even know all the numbers but they are all on a disk, i will do a big write up on all of it later with charts, there will be a vid later too but not all that exciting.

first run was good, something like 390rwhp on pump and closed exhaust at 9psi.

ended up at 430rwhp on pump with open exhaust and now for the letdown numbers.

right at 500rwhp for all out wich happend to only be 18psi. the controler was all the way to 100%, time for a new wg spring. anyways, i will be posting up all sorts of info in awhile. lots of good stuff, we had a lot of problems and i will be going thru all of them.

Hey those arnt that bad of numbers Jim. For a stock 4.8 with a turbo. I made 435 with the radix, h/c, and exhaust, ect. So it looks like you have set the bar for me now.

Glad to see it got 500rwhp! 4.8's do suck comparative to the 6.0's though... I wish I knew that when I bought my truck!

I have been saved. I still wish I could get at least a 5.3L. I'm thinking about jacking the 6.0L out of my dad's truck and swaping it with my 4.8L , he won't know the difference Good runs for the 4.8L BTW.

It says alot about these engines(4.8,5.3,6.0) that they can take that much boost without coming apart. 18psi is lot of pressure, you can hit those numbers with less boost on a 6.0 and it be more reliable though.Sometimes I still wish I had my 4.8, people seem to like and underestimate them so much. But I think i'll still stick with my 6 liter
