What about the idea of advanced timing? That is worth a lot in terms of SOTP power. That is someting that alky injection could help with, no?

so, would advancing the timing, adding more alcohol, and trying to get the A/F around 11 be the best plan of attack?

Thats pretty good. I have 14* at about 7#, but I have a centrifugal. Once I retune it with the smaller pulley I hope to have near 20* with 12# of boost You will definately be able to get more timing in there with the alchohol since it lowers your IAT's and increases the octane rating. If you have a tuning program and are comfortable with it, Id give it a shot. Im now saving for a wideband so that I can do all of this stuff whenever I feel like it without the need for a dyno.

it sucks that wideband it $500. I may take it back to the shop in Concord, NH to have them add timing, add alcohol, and keep my A/F ratio in check, just to see what happens. I'll save the Dez tune of course just in case it doesn't work. I'd just do it myself but the A/F would probably be all f'd up.
