When you punch it from a stop...Yes... But so do Z06's and Vipers

If you're talking about regular driving, No.

What about if you slowly take off and punch it ~10-15mph?

I'm seriously considering the tt3000 now

You might turn the tires over a few times at the most, but all in all the tire spin is easy to control.

A looser converter actually gives you better control in the rain, because it takes slightly more throttle to couple up the engine to the tires, and you can bring on the power more gradually.

So, its harder to control in the rain than the stock converter?

Off the subject, how does the procharger do from a roll? When do you start feeling the boost w/ the 10lb pulley?

No, its EASIER to control in the rain than a stock converter.

The procharger does pretty good from a roll. But it sucks off the line.

When I put the 10lb pulley on I had some major boost issues with the stock intake leaking and blowing off.
I made an intake that wouldn't leak, and it blew the trans the first time I punched it. So I cant really say until I get the trans from level4.

I can say it doesn't start pulling hard until 4500rpm which is about 5psi with the 8psi pulley.
