denali awd binding at low speed, sharp turns. any ideas?

My Denali does the same thing, I just changed the t-case fluid and it still does it. Sounds like yours may be a tad more severe though. Mine clunks a tad when in parking lots but it doesnt ever make any audible noise while doing so.....

For what its worth, the AWD system in the current style Denali SUV/Trucks is supposed to be the stoutest AWD system ever put in a production car...

I guess I'll change the fluid....just because it's due. But it seems like it's coming from the front....almost as if the front diff was locked up....but maybe slipping and grabbing on and off. I've checked both diffs and tcase, the fluid is clean and full.

The dealership didnt check for clean and full?Are you out of warrenty?
