Default Decisions decisions

Help. I'm swapping to a bigger cam and need help deciding which is better for me. I have a 2000 5.3 Z-71 rcsb. I'm wanting to keep as much power down low as possible, and am planning on a 25,2600 stall soon. I do a good bit of 4wd ing, but not much playing, dont tow much, and want a decent daily driver. The two cams I'm looking at are 218/224 .562/.568 113 with no advance, The other is 221/221 .559/.559 114+4*. I am thinking the tighter lsa and higher lift on the 218/224 may be better, but I dont know that much about cams. I know I'll have to get my truck retuned and a converter will help out a lot too, but how different are these cams really?
