2005 GMC Z71 1500 crew cab 5.3LM7
How do you get the all the dash lights, radio lights, temp control lights and window switch lights to be a blue color instead of the white light. ive seen a pic of a guys truck with it done but not sure how it was done. and also ive search everywhere to find a the chevy SS truck gauge cluster and cant seem to find them anywhere

It is a royal pain in the ***, there are a couple of threads on here about this, first pulling the cluster out and then removing all of the stock bulbs, replacing with LED's and then putting resistors inline so that your dim control still works.... good luck man

There's also a couple guys that will do it for a fee on another GM forum. Also seems like a huge PITA to me, but for someone that's done it a few times I'm sure it wouldn't take longer than a couple days.

Check the show and shine section and search some of tootall's old posts, pretty sure that he's done this quite a few times....

I did my gauges, digital climate control, and light/dimmer switch in blue LEDs. It took me 3hrs to do it all, and that was figuring out the climate control leads. I do have two bulbs out that I will be replacing in the next week when I do my steering wheel controls and door panel controls. Spent maybe $25 on the materials (led's and resistors)

Check out this writeup.
