Default Cut-outs or Dynomax Bullets for better performance?

If I get cut-outs, I'll be putting them after my x-pipe. Which ones? I think my flowmasters are hurting my upper rpm power. I'll be ordering today, so please give some input! Thanks!

Flowtechs are good. Check them out at QTP on the right.
