Default Auburn Gear Customer Service!

Well I must say I am impressed with Auburns customer service....SO FAR. I have been having a problem with my rear end constantly not locking up. I called them today and explained the problem and the trouble I have gone through to attempt to fix it, the lady on the other end of the phone could not be more helpful!

She explained that I need to upgrade to the Pro Series diff because the one I have now will not handle the tourgue that my truck puts out. She then explained that I can upgrade to the pro series if I send in my old rear end and pay out 100.00. I told her that this is my daily driver and that will not work.....She then said that she will send me the new diff if I give them a CC deposit and I can ship back the old one after I have switched them out!

Now that is Customer Service! I dont care what anyone says about them!
