'Lee' thanks for the reply. i didn't see in your sig, but what rear end gears do you have? i currently have the stock 3.42 so im sure that will affect how the converter performs for me. I cant figure out whether i need to do the gears or the TC first.

my truck has 3.73 gears, however being a 4wd I am running 265/75/16 tires which are 31.6 inches tall. so this is gearing my truck higher compared to shorter 2wd tires. My vote would probably be to get the gears installed first.
