I wouldn't bother having someone redo it out of aluminum. Just paint that setup flat black and call it good! Great job on the custom fabrication!

I love the way my a/c works now, it has always given me problems at idle but now it is ice cold. I have had ~10 people ask me to make them one, I would love to but I don't have the right tools or skills to mass make these I had to use sheet metal sheers to do all the cutting.

Now that sucks. All you need is to borrow someone's break and shears that owns a HVAC company. Maybe rent them. If you could sell them reasonably you could sell a mound full on here probably.

Dimensions wouold be helpful to those who are asking for one to be made by you. That way if someone wanted to duplicate your design, they could use some 2x4's, a couple of "c" clamps, tin snips, and a drill to make what you have.

Or they could have a HVAC shop make it as mentioned above.

it is nice how the fans dont blow right on the damn intake and s/c. i have noticed with my CAI and clutch fan, that the intake pipe on the CAI gets hot as hell. most likely defeating the purpose of the intake in the first place. looks good bub.
