Default Crank pulley issues

Went to take my crank pulley off last night, and the bolt was loose, and the pulley won't come off with a 3-jaw puller. I tighten the crap out of the puller until the center bolt starts to bend, and the pulley won't budge. Any ideas on how to get it off? Does this mean I spun the crank pulley? I have a pinning kit on order from Manguson for the 6.0.

Cause the engine is coming out of the truck, then the cam is coming out of the engine.

Sounds like you spun it and now its gauled to the crank. Put some heat to it would be my thought.

Heat and get a better puller. I sheared a bolt off on one of the jaws of my puller getting it off, those suckers are reallly on there.

How many miles are on there? I did one last Sat and it was a pain in the ***, then I did one this past Fri with about 20k miles on it and it was smooth and easy the whole way. The one last Sat took a little heat to get it off.

The engine has 120K miles, but I had the crank pulley off around 100K for a cam swap. I guess I didn't get the bolt tight enough or something.

The crank pulley is not pinned/keyed on the cranks in the LSx style engines. It is a press fit. Sometimes, mostly SC'd applications, the pully will spin on the crank.
