Default CR and ptv

Guys, i suck with these calculators, I'm building a dish top 5.3 with factory rods and pistons after my 6.0 bit the dust I have a set of 243's that came off of it that have been milled around .010. I'll be re-using my cam which is a 234/242 .601/.605 on a 112. I wouls like to have around 11.5:1 CR but not sure on ptv, anyone know about how much to mill the heads to achieve the said CR? and if you think ptv will clear, I will check with no gasket before assembly

My suggestion is to get the right pistons instead of milling the heads.

I don't think you'll achive 11.5 with dich pistond and 243's even if you mill them 50thousands ....get a flat to piston and then mill the about .050. Then you might be at like 11:1 I couls be way of I'm. Just ball parking that ...
