Default PTV Clearance 5.3 flat top pistons

well as i was about to install my custom grind i came to think that i might have issues with ptv clearance.. i wouldnt think patrick would spec me out a cam to make me run into those issues but u never know.. cam is a 222/226 597/598 111+2lsa on a 5.3 with flat top pistons and 799 heads shaved 30 thousands. can someone explain y it will or y it will not run into these issues? my engine is pretty much of the new 07+ trucks with flat top pistons and 799 heads.. came with stock compression of 9.9:1 and currently at 10.5:1 according to patrick g cam spec sheet.. will i be ok? thanks for ur help..
