Default Converter Questions

Well the built 4l65e from jag is in and I'm going to be installing it soon, the problem is i don't know what to do about my yank 2600. I know it could have small metal peices in it and i don't want it to get into the new transmission and ruin something. I've heard of a machine that will put solvent in it and flush it to clean it out but that it won't get everything out. I would rather not have to cut it open, but I'll put in the old converter if necessary til I can get this one safe for the new transmission. Will having it flushed with the solvent be good enough? Also, do Yank Converters come with a free restall or something? I could swear I read this awhile back but can't find any info on it now.

Thanks
ryan

Well I emailed Yank and hopefully they'll have some ideas. Mine did turn after breaking but I'm unsure if the filter was damaged. ttt
