Default converter problems

I've got a 3200 vig that doesn't want to lock up all the time. It locks for a while then it don't. The tech tool says the computer ain't telling it to lock up when it happens. I've got ls1 edit but haven't figured out how to cure it. Anybody know how to fix this?

Fluid level is fine. It doesn't unlock, it just takes spells where it won't lock up for a while. I can be on the freeway crusin at 70mph for 5 or 10 minutes before it locks up.

Hey man, whats up?
Do you have any misfires on the highway? I know this sounds weird but my pcm reads misfires while the converter is locked. When it unlocks the misfires go away. Mine will lock and unlock all the time.
I just changed my misfire min. and max. temp and the converter locks up fine now. Maybe it is the cam I got?

I changed my min. to 139 and the max. at 140. It seems to work for now.

Changed the misfire temps and it worked like a charm. Damn it's nice to have the truck lock up every time. Thanks for the help.
