Default comp cam xer 6.0

decided to go with a 6.0 since i got a good deal on a new block. im going to keep it stock stroke and bore for now, but put forged pistons in case i wanted to run a little boost. im using some 241 heads since they were pretty cheap. im going to get an xer 224/224 .581/.581 114+4 from speed engineering since they have a great price. my question is can the patriot springs hold up to the high lift and aggresive lobes of the xer? also does anyone have a an xer in a 6.0 with the same grind or close to it?

I have a custom grind XER .640 lift 227 duration with the patriot springs. About 1000 miles now so far so good, it is a little noisy though, almost like a old Big block Chevy with a solid lift cam. Later

I have dual rate springs w/mine. Dunno about the Pats but at .581, if they're rated at .600 and you run an xer I don't see why there'd be any prob. Like Bowtie said above, it may be noisy but I switched to 10/30 Mobil1 and don't hear any noise anymore.
