maybe the new ones are differant, mine (stock) with K&N and torque man delete runs great after about 3500RPMs

mine was 2000 model I think 255 hp/275 tq...not very good

yeah, the new ones are rated at 295/305 i think. the torque still isn't really there down low though. up top it runs great. the 3.73's help though.

I'm still not done with my bolt ons.. I still need heads, and a intake manifold... =(

I hope your not talking about a LS6 intake... Reason i ask is because I just took mine off cause it really did nothing.... My track times really did not improve at all, IMO to worth it on a 4.8... Now a TBSS 90mm might be worth it..

throw a Fast 92/92 on a 4.8L with as big a cam as you can stuff in there, spin it to ~8500 rpm... THAT would be a fun little motor!!! dune buggy motor...
