this is with the tranny locked in 2nd and holding the brake, no movement at all, it is showing a mph but i didn't move and it was in 4wd. i was told the only way to find out the true stall on a converter is to not let the output shaft on the tranny move at all and go full throttle. that would seem to indicate that i have a 4700rpm stall
, suppose to be a 3400stall and that rating is suppose to be "on the juice". now if i could only get ahold of yank and talk to them about this

WOW! Its stalling 4000 NA! Thats definately not right.
The way I always get ahold of yank is carry my cell phone with me at work and call every 10 minutes ALL DAY LONG. I usually get an answer by the end of the day.

, i am not afraid. lets see
my na shift extention is about 4500
125shot shift extention is about 4800
and if i lock it right after i go into 2nd gear i drop to 3900rpm
i think this converter is prety close if i stayed with a 6.0 and only NA. pulling 1.95 60's NA makes me very happy. but the problem is my nitrous 60's are not that great. my best has been a 1.75 i think and most are more like 1.79. and that is with the 150shot right out of the hole. seems like a 150shot should get you more than .2 on your 60'
for reference i was pulling 1.8x 60's with my 4.8, factory converter and a 100shot.

got some prety cool gtech screen shots, the first one is speed, the same as i posted in the other post. the 2nd is rpms, you can see it locking up right after the 1-2 shift. the 3rd pic is G's, that is the good one. it is clear to me there are more g's all the way thru 2nd. looks like locking up the verter is a good thing for me, at least while i am over stalled.

sounds like he missed on the stall. it may only stall with a stock 5.3 at 3400 but you having the 6.0 there is more tq which shoots the rating on up. i had a holeshot 3600 in my old car that would barely make it to 3600 then i put in a larger cam and more head work and it would brake stall to almost 4000. either way you are missing out with it being that high. by the way parish, you have got a wicked runningtruck man. i showed a buddy of mine who has a daaaaahhhhodge that first video you had posted here and he said that it must have been an 8th mile run that there was no way your truck ran like that. denial is such a pitiful state to be in!!!!!
