Default Check my fuel pump wiring

I didnt have my battery hooked up so I could use a test light to figure out which stock wire was hot because my entire drivetrain harness was just laying under the truck and I didnt want anything to short out so I just had to guess basically and with my awesome luck it seems I guessed wrong. My main question is, which wire is the hot wire from the factory harness, the grey or the black? I hooked the red wire from the pigtail provided with the walbro to the grey wire and the black wire from the walbro to the black wire on the factory harness. Is that right? Here are some pics that I am glad I took.

Cody, quick question. When was the last time you threatened to pull the truck into the drive and burn the ****** to the tires? Works wonders for me

Your wiring looks like I remember mine (but that was a long time ago). Checked your relay?

Ahh, you'll get it figured out. You just need to grab a beer and stare at the truck. The answer will hit you like a ton of bricks.

Meaning that when he figures it out he will be bleeding from the ears and possibly a crushed rib cage?

With my finger on the FP relay in the fuse block under the hood, my buddy hit the key and you could feel it click on for a couple of seconds then turn off. Just like it should, when you turn the key on it will pressurize the system then cut off till you start it. Im at a loss to be honest, there isnt a FP fuse inside the truck and I didnt see one in the underhood one, just the relay. Only thing I can do is get the test light out and start tracing wires.

Nothing is going to happen this weekend, my GF is coming in to town so Ill be preoccupied
