Default Chasing a vacuum leak...

I am Chasing a vacuum leak on my 03 Z71 with a 5.3 LM7 and the only thing I've found visibly is the EVAP purge solenoid (right behind the TB on the top of the intake) wobbles when you grab it and the bolt that holds it down is all the way tight, is this how it normally is? I'm snowed in so I can't get anything to smoke it out and check it that way unfortunately so any other ideas are appreciated. It sucks being 2600 miles away from spare parts and real tools.
