LS6 and the LS2/L92 are a little different.
The LS6 passenger side valve cover gets filtered air from behind the TB, but the air is actually coming from in front of the TB(non vacuum) The LS2 and L92 have a port on the passenger side of the manifold under vacuum. If you just look at the two side by side it looks like its supposed to go there on the LS2 and L92 intakes, its not.
If you do connect the hose from that valve cover to the manifold, you WILL get a very annoying squeal after a while that will sound like a slipping drive belt. The solution is to plumb a 1/4 NPT fitting into your intake tube and you'll be all set. That line just needs filtered air and NOT under vacuum.
