Changing lifters good idea or use ones in it???????

i'm not talking about just at idle, i've been getting it driving on the highway. IMO thats a sign of a sticking lifter that could fail....

Inspect your cam real good for lobe damage when you pull it, if you see signs of damage, whether it be pitting or otherwise, replace your lifters or they will start to eat your new cam. If the cam checks out OK you should be fine.
