Cool Changed heads and cam new times

Well I changed to newer port patriot stage 2 heads, and installed a 220/224 581/581 112 cam in the ss and went to steele al. today for the first runs. I did a lets see what falls apart run with all motor and ran a 14.3, so I am only seeing 8 degrees knock at idle and less going down track. I think this is exhaust hitting cross member. So I run with 75 shot and did 13.01 at 106.71 with a 2.00 60ft, 8.34 1/8 at 84.66. So now I want 12s bad and start to change to 100 shot and break the fitting that the line screws on.(damit) I run all motor after cool down and run a 13.99 at 97.29 with 2.04 60ft. I really want to see what it runs when it gets cooler it was 81 degrees today.

Nice times! Have you decided if you're running her at the Shootout this year?

Yep.. the big truck was moving pretty good down there today. I hate that you didn't get to spray it with 100hp, I know how bad you was wanting that 12.9. Cooler weather and some tuning will get you there for sure. I gotta go to bed now, I've been sick all day for some odd reason

That sounds like a lot to me...but I'm no tuning expert. I think I would get all that figured before the 100 shot. But GOOD TIMES anyway!!
