Are you using the 00 OS or an 01+ OS? I know that the 99 PCM's were known for false KR problems, the 00 may be also...I'd assume that Justin would update that but it would still be good to know for sure

This is just my opinion... it appears you don't have a leak, your problem is that your running around untuned... The reason why your getting KR is because your lean as **** at WOT... If you still had a leak the your trims would keep growing and growing until that maxed out. Also are you running a MAF? if so you need to add GM.MAF to your PID list.

post up your tune and i will make a few changes real quick

dont you have EFI?

could it be false knock at all? stock tune with higher compression and diff. heads, the airflow and fueling will be alot different...

I am running a MAF, but you say I dont have a leak...that does not explain the whistling sound I get at high load in 4th with the converter locked. It sounds like high velocity air leaking in somewhere.

I have no idea about the noise, maybe it is not engine related and it is some bad weatherstriping...

either way, try this tune and see if your KR goes away, make sure you add that PID i said, load it up, go log it and post it up...

Could you please tell me what all changes you made? I'd like to look at that briefly.

Also, I'm almost positive the whistling noise is related to the engine because it always happens when I press the gas down. It all seemed to start last year when I put a ported TB on....now I'm running the stock one agaim.
