Change knock sensors while I'm in the area?

Ok just fired it back up, need to clean up before I take it for a drive. Torquing to 44 in lbs and the 89 in lbs in sequence is a bitch...specially trying to get that big *** torque wrench in there.
Anyways, I noticed that the thing sticking out up top of my manifold in the front, the screw doesn't go all the way down??? It looks like there is supposed to be some washers or something in between the screw and the plastic surface?? This could definitely where the leak is coming from. Seems like a stupid design from GM.

No wideband. I'll have Justin write me a tune and then see what my o2 sensors are reading at WOT. I'll pretty much know right away if the problem is fixed or not.
I'm planning on getting another set of headers w/wideband bung, but the **** *** header sound bugs the hell out of me. I know I'm a ***** and all, but I hate the inside of my truck sounding like a popcorn machine. I've been looking at ARH 1 7/8 headers and maybe they are made of higher quality materials than the obx, dynatech headers I've used in the past?

The weird thing is the bolt doesn't even tighten down on the plastic! The bolt is as far down as it will go in the screw hole but it doesnt snug up on the solenoid itself??? Basically you just put the thing on with your hand and it looks like it has an O ring and that's it. It seems very likely it could leak

If that's the hose for the EVAP and it was leaking, you'd have an EVAP code, so I doubt that's your problem. Definitely get a catch can, I've tried switching PCV vavles, running the updated fixed orifice PCV valve, and it did nothing for my oil consumption. I tested this with a catch can installed, and both the original spring and plunger PCV and the fixed orifice PCV filled the catch can at the same rate. I empty my catch can every 500 miles or so.
Those intake gaskets look fuked, the gaskets look hardened and flattened, and from that last pic, the gasket looks warped. Hopefully the new gaskets will solve your problem.

Guys, I dont know what to do, I'm so fed up. Same damn noise when I roll into the throttle in 4th, like a high pitched whistling noise. Still ~7 deg of KR at WOT. I'm ready to say screw this thing. LTFTs are between 5-10%. What the hell could still be leaking? I replaced the intake gaskets and the throttle body gasket.
