P0496 no pudge Evaporate. I replace Evan solenoid and few days cel come back on why?? There no leak hose line

 

99.9% of the time, this is caused by overfilling the fuel tank, aka, topping off the fuel tank, rounding up to the nearest dollar.

The solenoid (on the intake), charcoal cannister and the evap vent solenoid valve (by the gas tank) may have to be replaced in order to fix this.

What happens is, the charcoal inside the canister becomes dislodge and gets into the lines, clogging the lines up.

It's a PITA to troubleshoot/fix.

 

Yeah the charcoal box clean no dirty I air blow light see nothing wrong. I did replace evap vent solenoid by gas tank. But haven't replace purdge solenoid. I finger touch purge no click. Look like its bad one.
