Default catalytic converter

I recently got a PO430 code bank2 below threshold and it wont clear so what do I need to do cut them out or replace? I've been looking at the magnaflow cats, can anyone tell me where to get the best price, also I'm going to redo my exhaust while I'm fixing this problem

Random technology makes a metal matrix cat that is popular. They flow better than ceramic but not quite as effective.

the 3" magnaflow spun cats arn't good for running rich with FI, but they are fine with just bolt ons. i've been running mine for 9 months now with no problems.
