Default Capacities Question

I am going to be changing the fluid in both my rear diff. and front diff., and I was wondering if anyone knew about how much it will take, I know there is no real measurment just an inch from the filler plug but since i don't wanna buy a case I don't wanna not have enough, I am going with AMSOIL 75W-90 for the rear and 80W-90 for the front....thenks for the help.
