can i use 06&07 silverado obx headers on my 04?
i would think i could but wanted to be sure.....
im gonna be swapping in my 6.0l into my 2004 silverado 2wd with a 4.l right now..
this is the newer style without the hump on the passenger side.
i can get em for a great price and they come with a y pipe and and everything ready to go!
thanks for anyhelp!

Bumping this back up.
Has anyone tried the new style OBX's on the 99-06 trucks? These headers are much more appealing with no driver's side hump, and no EGR port.
I have no doubt the headers are compatible, I just don't know about the Y pipe, and it's connection to the 00-06 stock catback.
Any insight?

99-07 obx headers will fit the 07+ trucks if you change the flange from the headers to the rest of the exhaust... I've spoken with another member whos done it... However I have the obx headers I bought for my 2010 but traded trucks and installed on my 03... and there crap... Plan to use all your own hardware and gaskets... And mine either are leaking at the head or it almost sounds like the header tubing in so thin it just makes it sound like a constant leak... get new header to head bolts as well... And my trucks 4x4... If yours is... Plan to dent the left side for the driveshaft a bit...
