Default can i get exact d max intercooler measurements?

i am looking for the exact OD on the tubes going into and out of the intercooler and then the dimentions of the core, width, height and thickness.

i am going to try and look at other air to air intercoolers and see if a can figure out what that unit might support.

it really looks like the hot set up for most people but i want to know if it will support big horse power.

Hey Parish,

How do you like your air/water intercooler? What are your inlet air temps? I'm planning on doing a singe turbo setup and I like where your intercooler sits, convinent.

i like it a lot, works great. i have no experience with air to air set up's though.

with the truck all warmed up and normal driving my iat's seem to start at about 20deg over ambiant at the start of a run and end up about 35-40deg over ambiant at the end. so a 70deg day i start at 90deg and end at 110deg. thats with a full 1/4 mile run.

i have a 5.3 radiator up front to cool the coolant and it kicks ***. the iat's drop back to normal within minutes after a run.

i am really interested in the depth of the unit. from looking at some charts and other intercoolers i have found i am beting that the dmax unit wont be thick enugh and will be a consideralbe restriction with a high flow set up. if it is 4" or more thick it might kick ***.

on a ~500 or 600hp set up i think that unit is going to be as bad *** as it gets.

i know it like 4' long about 2' or so tall and about 1" maybe 2" thick but its got a whole lot of vanes for the air. i would think that would make for more cooling area for the air. they might be small but theres alot. i'll get them soon as i get home about 4:00
