Just figured with the cam specs getting all technical it would be a good idea to check it.

Why would he need to degree it to 106 if it is 110 with 4* advanced Installing it straight up? 110-4=106 correct? You would not have to degree it to 106 since the 4* of advance.

Or am I confused???

Your right, I was just reading from Patrick G's spec sheet. It should be straight up, but its always good to double check that it is actually what it is supposed to be.

Oh ok, thought you were 100% on what the cam was.

Yes, it would be a good idea to know what the cam is speced at before you put it in lol.

Should be a beast though.

that's a graph for a stock 5.3L head. Anybody care to explain scienficially how running a cam with .575 lift would gain more than a couple rwhp than running one with .520 lift?

i made more power to a higher rpm with my low lift comp 212/218 than i did my 216/224 .551 115lsa vinci cam. my 212/218 is still making power at 6300 where i shift, where the 216/224 started to fall on its face at 5750. mark i don't know if that helps you out any but i thought it was pretty interesting
