Default Cam Without LTs - Worth it?

I've got an '02 5.3L swapped in my '67 Bronco. The motor is a very tight fit and I do not have room for LTs. I am simply running the tubular manifolds off an '02 Camaro SS. I'm itching for more power and am looking for a good torque cam. Being I can't do LTs will I still see good gains with a cam or will it not be worth the money?

Oh yeah, you can see 30+ horse with the right cam.

I ran a 212-218 in my 04 silverado with stock manifolds.

But a stall converter will really compliment your new cam.

Do it!!

Too bad you can't do Long Tubes or you could go higher sized cam vs most people since you have a manual transmission.

Something like a 212/218 like already stated would be fine or have someone like EPS spec you out a custom grind cam for your application. The stock SS camaro manifolds aren't that bad for being manifolds, but long tube headers are a lot better.

If you could somehow do Headers this would be a good cam below:
If you spoke to a tech at Thunder Racing they would probably recommend you the TR TRuTorq Level 1 - 219/224 .609/.604 115 LSA If you could do HEADERS, as I know someone else was recommended that one with a 5.3L manual.

I don't think the rest of the guys caught you had a NV4500 swap.

Thanks for all the replies guys. My pass side head is about 8" above the frame frail. I had to modify the stock manifold quite a bit to get it to fit. It would take a custom shop a looooong time to make headers, I had a couple quotes around 2k which is obviously not worth it.

I will definitely be doing a cam, thanks guys!
