yeah i was thinking of heating it in the oven and using hot gloves

i just tapped it tiwce with a deadblow hammer & it went on far enough i could get teh bolt started & pulled it the rest of the awy with the bolt. I would say just reuse your stock valve seals & locks, get them Ti retainers, the new chain & rod bolts are good insureance.

I used a longer Bolt to put the pulley on. It worked fantastic. I wouldn't recommend heating the crank pulley, JMO.

100k miles i;m gonna get new seals whil i'm in there, i'm thinkin about the steel retainers for the cost of the ti's, i may replace the locks if they are cheap enough

anyone know if tsp's or sdpc's gasket kit comes with the longer bolt

i heard tsp's does but i jsut assume buy everything from a perf. trucks sponsor.

Yeah, there's just that minor inconvenience of blowing up a motor to get one on the stand you can do that to. Small price to pay, right?

If you ahve a nitrous bottle laying around....I spray the crank with a little n20 and heat the pulley a bit not enough to hurt the seal, then it will slide right on there.
